• For unexpected absences (like sick leave): We encourage VAs to make up the hours missed (as unpaid makeup hours) to ensure your work gets completed. Your dedicated Operations Manager will work closely with you and your VA to help schedule these makeup hours conveniently once your VA returns.
• For planned vacations (paid or unpaid): We believe in proactive planning! Your VA will discuss any vacation requests with you at least two weeks in advance. These requests require your approval. Once approved, your VA and their Operations Manager will collaborate with you to identify and prioritize essential tasks that need to be completed before the leave begins, ensuring minimal disruption to your workflow.
